Individual European Championship (150 players):

1 – Patrick Didisheim (Switzerland), 2 – Jörgen Granstedt (Sweden), 3 – Matt Reklaitis (USA)

After the thrilling final, Patrick Didisheim became a 2022 Individual European Champion, where he managed to roll twice 66 in the race in the last game! Congratulations!

Week of Backgammon is always a week of fun. Italy held the 2022 World Team Championship with a great success of 18 teams. Top players from many countries came to Venice, Italy, to compete for the title. Italy became a well-deserved winner with the home support. Japan was the only undefeated team, winning 6 out of 6 battles from the early stage. The only match they lost was the final against Italy. Next year, the world team championship will be held in North Macedonia! See you all there!
